Lift Mart is a Dubai-based elevator and escalator specialist operating across the UAE under the Ultra Fuji brand. We deliver installation, maintenance, and modernization services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are growing and building the systems to match that growth.
The Role
You will own end-to-end elevator installation — from contract sign-off to client handover. You will manage the installation team, control all procurement, and govern our dedicated installation workforce entity. This is a P&L ownership role, not a supervisory one.
Reports to: General Manager | Start: Immediate
What You Will Own
- Full delivery of all active installation projects — on time, on budget
- All procurement: elevator units, components, materials, and subcontractors
- China factory relationship — lead times, quality, and shipment tracking
- Factory order — zero orders more than 30 days overdue
- Installation team management and daily technician scheduling
- Project cost tracking — every project has a live budget before work starts
- Weekly project status reporting to General Manager

- Technician utilisation > 95%
What You Must Have
- 7+ years in elevator or escalator installation
- 3+ years in a senior management or project management role
- Strong technical knowledge — mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Proven experience managing concurrent projects on time and on budget
- Procurement and supplier management experience
- Experience working with Chinese elevator manufacturers preferred
- UAE or GCC driving licence — mandatory
- ERP system experience — Odoo preferred
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
