Elevator Commissioning & Maintenance Technician

As an Elevator Commissioning & Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of elevators, performing routine maintenance, and conducting commissioning procedures to guarantee optimal performance.

• Coordinate for all Testing & commissioning & Third Party
• Must have both Elevator & Escalator Knowledge
• Knowledge of Monarch NICE 3000 is a plus
• 24×7 Breakdown Attendance
• Preventive Maintenance
• Plan for scheduling maintenance visits.
• data entry of all visits and record any major maintenance
• Co-ordinate with clients for Third Party Inspections
• Write Maintenance Reports
• Coordinate to source parts for the project
• Must have good communication skills
• Proficient in English, writing and speaking.
• UAE Driving Liscence is a Must
