Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, interior designers, and vendors.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments and surveys to advise clients on services and solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business development goals.

The Work You’ll Do

  • 2-5 years of solid experience in business development, particularly with consultants, interior design, and vendor registration.
  • Ability to conduct preliminary assessments and provide service recommendations to clients.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proven track record of client satisfaction and achieving business development targets.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
