Responsibilities

• Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication including equipment safety and performance
• Manage Third Party Brand Elevators
• Experience in Troubleshooting elevator systems and resolving technical issues
• Control of the field operations costs callouts and service
• Managing third party inspection visits and follow-up actions
• Responsible for AMC, Repair and Modernization surveys
• Should have experience in major repairs like rope changing, Sheave Pulleys, Gear box, Motors and drives
• Resolve recurring or complex problems
• Modernization older elevator systems to newer technologies (controllers, fixtures, drives, ).
• Having knowledge of Multi-brand Elevator Control Systems and Troubleshooting methods
• Accountable for the performance of assigned technicians and for their motivation and competence

Responsibilities

• Carry out the complete installation of elevators and lift systems in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and company procedures.
• Install lift components including guide rails, brackets, landing doors, car frames, counterweights, machines, ropes, electrical components, and related equipment.
• Perform mechanical and electrical installation works as
• Read and interpret technical drawings, installation manuals, and lift
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, measurements, and installation of all lift
• Carry out wiring, termination, and connection of electrical components according to approved
• Assist with testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, and commissioning of lift
• Identify installation defects or technical issues and report them promptly to the Installation Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure all installation work complies with applicable safety standards, project specifications, and company quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure the work area is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

• Payables management—schedule supplier payments to protect cash while never delaying a payment that would stop a critical order or factory shipment.
• Banking relationships—manage all bank facilities, negotiate better terms, and restructure expensive short-term debt into more efficient facilities.
• Project cost control—implement and maintain project-level cost cards so every installation has a live budget versus actual, and margin erosion is caught in week one, not month three.
• Monthly management accounts—full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement published by the 5th of every month with variance commentary.
• VAT and tax compliance—ensure all filings are accurate and on time, with zero FTA
• Budgeting—build the annual budget and reforecast quarterly based on actual

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the elevator/escalator or similar industry.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and understanding of elevator standards (EN-81).
• Excellent attention to detail, version control, and technical documentation practices.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with international factories and internal teams.
