- Promote and sell service contracts, including annual maintenance, repair, modernization, and refurbishment for elevators and escalators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Maintain records of customer communications and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Degree, Diploma, or Vocational qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of solid experience in sales within the elevator and escalator service industry.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Arabic speaking is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license.
