Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Car Lift Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of car lift systems. The role involves working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and safety components, conducting testing and commissioning, maintaining service records, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating effectively with customers, supervisors, and technical teams.

Job Requirements

General Responsibilities

    • Maintain tools, equipment, and company property in good condition
    • Ensure spare parts and materials are used properly and reported accurately
    • Keep the work area clean and organized
    • Attend training and technical briefings as required
    • Perform any other technical duties assigned by the management
  1. Installation & Assembly
    • Install car lift systems according to manufacturer specifications and approved
    • Assemble mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural
    • Install columns, platforms, cables, hydraulic systems, motors, control panels, and safety devices.
    • Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and fixing of all
    • Conduct testing and commissioning after

 

  1. Maintenance & Servicing
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of car
    • Inspect mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components
    • Lubricate moving parts and replace worn or damaged
    • Check cables, chains, pulleys, cylinders, pumps, motors, sensors, and safety
    • Attend breakdowns and troubleshoot faults

 

  1. Troubleshooting & Repair
    • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic
    • Identify the root cause of equipment
    • Repair or replace defective
    • Carry out functional testing after repairs to ensure safe

 

  1. Safety & Quality
    • Follow all company safety procedures and approved work
    • Use appropriate PPE and ensure the work area is safe and properly
    • Ensure car lifts operate within required safety standards and manufacturer
    • Report any unsafe conditions, defects, or major technical issues to the
    • Maintain good workmanship and ensure installations meet quality

 

  1. Documentation & Reporting
    • Complete daily service and maintenance
    • Record breakdowns, repairs, replacement parts, and maintenance
    • Submit inspection and testing reports to the
    • Maintain proper records of equipment condition and recurring

 

  1. Customer & Team Coordination
  • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, electricians, and other
  • Communicate professionally with customers when attending service
  • Explain basic operational or maintenance requirements to customers when
  • Follow the assigned work schedule and complete jobs within the given
