Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Elevator Service Supervisor to oversee service operations, technician performance, and customer satisfaction. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multi-brand elevator systems, managing AMC, repair, and modernization works, coordinating inspections, handling major repairs and upgrades, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The position also requires strong team leadership, customer communication, and cost control skills.

  • UAE Driving Licence
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Mechanical or Industrial
  • Driven and energetic representative with strong analytical skills and the ability to learn
  • Experience in elevator service operations or service sales is
  • Fluent in English with Arabic proficiency considered a
  • Self-motivated goal oriented and well-organized individual with a strong focus on customer
  • Open to applicants from any location; GCC experience is an advantage but not
  • Strong aptitude for understanding and analysing customer needs to provide customized

Responsibilities

 

  • Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication including equipment safety and performance
  • Manage Third Party Brand Elevators
  • Experience in Troubleshooting elevator systems and resolving technical issues
  • Control of the field operations costs callouts and service
  • Managing third party inspection visits and follow-up actions
  • Responsible for AMC, Repair and Modernization surveys
  • Should have experience in major repairs like rope changing, Sheave Pulleys, Gear box, Motors and drives
  • Resolve recurring or complex problems
  • Modernization older elevator systems to newer technologies (controllers, fixtures, drives, ).
  • Having knowledge of Multi-brand Elevator Control Systems and Troubleshooting methods
  • Accountable for the performance of assigned technicians and for their motivation and competence
