عن الوظيفة

The HR role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment to offboarding – ensuring staffing needs are met, policies are followed, and staff welfare is maintained. Beyond compliance, this role is very important in developing and strengthening the company culture, building employee engagement, and ensuring overall well-being. HR will coordinate closely with the Installation Manager for manpower validation, Admin for housing logistics, Finance for payroll/WPS, and the company PRO for all visa and government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on manpower requirements provided by Installation Manager/Management.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure technical validation is completed by Installation Manager.
  • Issue offer letters, contracts, and ensure all employment documentation is collected.
  • Coordinate visas, medicals, and travel arrangements with the PRO for new staff.
  • Ensure new joiners receive uniforms/PPE in coordination with Admin.
  1. Employee Relations, Engagement & Culture
  • Act as first point of contact for staff-related matters (leave, grievances, performance concerns).
  • Arrange activities and initiatives that keep employees engaged and motivated.
  • Actively develop and nurture the company culture, ensuring alignment with values, teamwork, and performance standards.
  • Care for employee well-being, ensuring a supportive and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain accurate staff records (passports, visas, contracts, personal files).
  • Manage leave plans for technicians and office staff (drafting schedule, getting approvals from IM/Management).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  1. Payroll & Finance Coordination
  • Collect attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
  • Prepare salary sheets and submit to Finance for WPS processing.
  • Coordinate with Finance on new account requests for new staff.
  1. Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with Management/IM for technical and safety training sessions.
  • Maintain training records for compliance and reporting.
  1. PRO & Government Liaison
  • Coordinate all visa, immigration, medical, and renewal processes with the company PRO.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to avoid delays or penalties.
  • Act as the central point of contact between Management and PRO for government requirements.
  1. Offboarding & Exit Management
  • Manage resignation, termination, and end-of-service settlements in coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure exit interviews, clearance, and visa cancellations (via PRO) are completed smoothly.

  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR compliance.

  • Organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in Odoo HR module
  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in UAE (construction/engineering industry preferred).
  • Experience with WPS payroll and PRO/visa processes.
