Role Objective
To generate qualified B2B meetings for management, manage vendor registrations and prequalification portals, and provide structured executive support to ensure smooth commercial and operational execution.
This role supports revenue growth, access to new projects, and executive efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Business Development & Appointment Setting
- Conduct outbound calls to developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients
- Identify and connect with decision-makers
- Present company services professionally
- Qualify leads using defined criteria
- Secure physical or virtual meetings for management
- Maintain disciplined follow-up schedules
- Update all activities in CRM (Odoo mandatory)
- Support LinkedIn/email outreach campaigns
KPIs:
- 60+ calls/day
- 5–8 qualified meetings/week
- 20–30 meetings/month
Revenue-driving activity remains top priority.
- Vendor Registration & Prequalification
- Register company on procurement portals
- Submit prequalification documentation
- Maintain updated portal credentials and expiry tracking
- Coordinate internally to collect required documents
- Maintain structured vendor database (portal, login, expiry, status)
- Ensure no portal lapses or missed opportunities
- Executive Support
- Schedule meetings for CEO and Managing Director
- Coordinate internal and external appointments
- Prepare basic meeting briefs (company background, opportunity notes)
- Follow up on executive action items
- Assist in preparing presentations and documents
- Track pending approvals or signatures
- Support cross-department coordination when required
